About the Role
We are looking for a Board Operations Lead to join Kiss My Apps, a platform company that unites 7 product verticals and 30+ AI-first products with over 100 million users. This role is the operational backbone of the holding's management system, responsible for ensuring boards function as strategic decision-making tools rather than reporting theaters.
Key Responsibilities
- βCoordinate quarterly board preparation for all portfolio companies: deadlines, formats, pre-screening materials
- βReview board decks before they reach the CEO, returning them for revision if they don't meet standards
- βCreate board agendas with the holding's COO
- βFollow up after board meetings: document decisions, owners, and deadlines
- βBuild and maintain a tracking system for decision execution with visibility for top management
- βMaintain consistent documentation and reporting standards across the portfolio
Requirements
- β4+ years of experience in Chief of Staff, Advisory Manager (Strategy & Operations), or Investment Manager/Analyst roles in tech/SaaS/PE environments
- βExperience working with boards or preparing board materials
- βProficient reading of financial reports (P&L, cash flow, unit economics)
- βExperience managing processes in multi-stakeholder environments
- βCritical thinking and ability to provide feedback to business leaders
- βEnglish B2+
