Requirements
- β2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in a product company
- βExperience closing both technical and non-technical positions
- βAbility to conduct interviews using various methodologies
- βStrong sourcing skills for complex roles
- βUnderstanding of recruitment analytics and data-driven decision making
- βProactive attitude, critical thinking, systematic communication, and sense of humor
- βIntermediate English proficiency
