About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Product Operations Manager to join Klaviyo and shape the future of our product through innovative tools and AI technologies. This role requires hands-on leadership and collaboration with R&D teams to implement efficient operational solutions.

Key Responsibilities

→Directly manage, optimize, and execute operational solutions and tools essential to our R&D teams
→Design lightweight, AI-first processes to increase velocity and maximize business impact
→Drive transparency and alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, and Analytics teams
→Maintain real-time product roadmaps, dashboards, KPIs, and reports
→Enhance product quality and accelerate PDLC velocity through practical initiatives
→Foster empathy-driven collaboration within the R&D organization
→Implement AI-first solutions and tools to streamline processes and boost productivity
→Manage feedback loops with Customer Experience, Sales, and Marketing teams
→Create and manage actionable dashboards and analytical tools

Requirements

✓7+ years of experience in product, product operations, or business operations roles within SaaS product organizations
✓Proven track record in hands-on operational execution and process improvement
✓Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment
✓Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity to detailed solutions
✓Strong analytical, technical, and stakeholder management skills
✓Practical experience implementing and managing AI-driven tools
✓Data-oriented approach with experience in synthesizing complex operational data
✓Experience with modern product management tools and analytics platforms
