About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Localisation Program Manager to join Klaviyo and own the product localisation efforts. This role involves managing all aspects of localisation for Product, Help Centre, and Customer Education, ensuring high-quality, locally relevant experiences across all supported languages.

Key Responsibilities

→Manage all localisation for Product, Help Centre, and Customer Education, partnering closely with those teams to deliver high-quality, locally relevant experiences.
→Manage language contractors and vendors, ensuring proper resourcing, quality, cost, and workflows.
→Contribute to scaling localisation, including managing machine translation and building an AI-first translation platform.
→Own and manage our TMS (Smartling) for different content types and integrate machine translation within workflows.
→Partner with internal teams to design and build an AI-first translation platform.
→Collaborate with the Localisation team to deliver high-quality localised experiences.
→Champion the international customer, ensuring their needs are represented in content and product decisions.

Requirements

✓5+ years of experience in a comparable localisation role on the buyer/client side.
✓Deep understanding of localisation concepts, methodologies, tools, and assets.
✓Experience leading product localisation across multiple languages.
✓Ability to partner with internal teams and influence roadmaps.
✓Experience with industry software and tools, including Smartling.
✓Authorisation to work in the UK without restriction.
✓Experience with AI in work or personal projects.
✓Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
