About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Financial Analyst of Go-to-Market to join Klaviyo's Finance team. This role will be critical in driving and scaling Klaviyo's rapid growth by providing financial analysis, reporting, and recommendations to support the go-to-market organization.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage annual and quarterly OpEx forecasting, reporting, analytics, and the monthly close and forecasting process
- →Advise business leaders on financial implications of strategic decisions
- →Build and maintain flexible financial models to assess GTM efficiency and sales productivity
- →Identify risks, opportunities, growth levers, and margin drivers through data-driven insights
- →Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Accounting, People Ops, Talent Acquisition, and Finance stakeholders
- →Support the implementation and transition of forecasting tools and processes
- →Translate complex financial analysis into clear, actionable insights for business partners
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- ✓5+ years of experience in FP&A or Finance at software companies with a subscription or SaaS business model
- ✓Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high growth environment
- ✓Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and financial modeling skills
- ✓Attention to detail with a passion for accuracy
- ✓Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- ✓Highly proficient in Excel and Powerpoint, and/or Google Suite
- ✓Experience working with financial tools (e.g., Pigment, Adaptive, Planful, NetSuite, ERP/BI integrations)
