About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join KnowBe4, the global leader in Human Risk Management. This role involves reaching out to prospects, qualifying them, and passing interested prospects to Territory/Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities

→Reach out via phone and/or email to cold prospects and get them interested in a KnowBe4 product
→Gauge the interest of prospects to qualify them as potential customers
→Pass the qualified and interested prospects to their assigned Territory/Account Executive(s)

Requirements

✓Familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the IT Security Field
✓Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
✓Experience with MS Office
✓Experience with a CRM or other Sales Tools
✓Excellent verbal and written communications
✓Good computer skills
✓Friendly phone voice
✓Ability to leave a message and sound interested
✓Must be highly organized and results-oriented
