About the Role
We are looking for an inquisitive and solutions-focused team member to join Kogan.com and help drive the customer experience in the e-Commerce industry. This role involves conducting usability testing on a wide range of products and providing accurate reporting to ensure quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- →Complete usability testing on a wide range of electrical and non-electrical products
- →Break down associated products and complete formal reports to evaluate build quality, component quality, and suitability of components
- →Share reports and findings with relevant internal and external stakeholders, and suppliers
- →Provide advice on the relevant AS/NZS standards for tested products
- →Suggest improvements and changes that should be implemented in products being evaluated or existing range where applicable
- →Collaborate with other departments to provide solutions and fixes to any identified problems across our product range
- →Work with the product and Support teams to confirm identified issues are resolved in updated samples and software
- →Ensure that the testing area is maintained, kept clean, and free from any Occupational Health & Safety hazards
Requirements
- ✓University Degree qualified in a relevant field (Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar)
- ✓Previous experience in an internship or work experience capacity within Product Testing will be highly regarded
- ✓An exceptional problem solver with strong attention to detail
- ✓Tech-savvy and have an ability to use various cloud-based tools in daily work to improve efficiency and productivity
- ✓Comfortable building and maintaining effective relationships through exceptional communication and engagement
- ✓Ready to challenge, be challenged, and work within our highly disruptive business model
