Own and elevate the end-to-end product design experience while leading a senior design function that reshapes how we create impactful, AI-driven learning products. This is a rare opportunity to redefine what great design looks like in an AI-first product, with real ownership over both the craft and the system behind it. You will shape how product, design, and technology come together to build user experience - challenging existing paradigms and setting new ones. What you’ll do: - Shape and influence product vision, strategy, and cross-functional decision-making, ensuring design is a core driver in how we build products in the AI era - Lead, coach, and grow a team of senior product designers, building a high-performing design function that raises the bar on quality and impact - Partner closely with Product, Tech, and Pedagogy leadership to define solutions and priorities, ensuring strong alignment between user needs, business goals, and learning outcomes - Build and evolve scalable design practices and AI-enabled ways of working, increasing team efficiency, speed, and product quality - Own the end-to-end design quality and user experience, focusing efforts on the highest-impact opportunities while defining how UX is measured and contributing hands-on when needed What we’re looking for: - An experienced product design leader with a product-first mindset - able to think beyond design craft, identify high-impact opportunities, and prioritise based on user and business value - Deep passion for AI, with a drive to actively explore, challenge, and redefine how AI transforms product development, design roles, and ways of working - An entrepreneurial approach, thriving in ambiguity, taking ownership, and driving progress with speed - Strong leadership capability, able to challenge, inspire, and elevate a team while fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment - Strong communication skills, with genuine curiosity about people and a collaborative, low-ego approach, paired with the confidence to lead both teams and stakeholders OUR VALUES - We take ownership - We leverage AI - We drive customer value - We are transparent - We take care of ourselves and each other BENEFITS - ITP Pension Plan with Nordnet - Yearly budget of 5,000 SEK to spend on health-related services. - 30 days of paid vacation every year - Full pay sick leave starting on day 1 - Work remotely within Sweden How we hire 1.
