Key Responsibilities
- →Teach technical training courses
- →Develop instructional materials for the Tech master’s Curriculum
- →Administer quizzes and tests based on presented material
- →Evaluate technician performance in classroom and lab activities
- →Develop learning paths for technicians based on skill sets and branch needs
- →Provide feedback to managers regarding technician skill levels
- →Serve as a resource for technical questions from the field
- →Complete clerical duties related to student performance reports
- →Perform KTI Training for external customers
Requirements
- ✓Solid working knowledge of industrial electricity
- ✓Excellent communication skills and passion for teaching
- ✓Working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint
- ✓Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written)
