About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Associate Director to join our Financial Risk Advisory – CFO Advisory (CFOA) team. This role involves working with clients to deliver compliant, commercial outcomes and provide practical advice on complex accounting, financial, and regulatory challenges.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop and enhance the financial control and reporting control environment
→Design and implement enhanced operating models to embed clear accountability
→Help clients embed AI into their finance processes
→Implement robust data governance practices to build trust in data
→Work in cross divisional teams on pre and post deal finance function set-up engagements

Requirements

✓Relevant tertiary qualifications including CA or equivalent
✓Prior experience in a finance function or leading large complex finance projects
✓Strong understanding of core financial processes, controls, and systems
✓Experience in leading teams and providing training and guidance
✓A client first mindset to support go-to-market activities
✓Energy and a hunger to learn new skills and embrace complex problems
✓An enquiring mind and a willingness to tackle new and emerging challenges
✓A passion for delivering innovative client solutions using excellent communication and problem-solving skills
