The Opportunity:
• Join us in a senior leadership position at either Senior Manager / Associate Director level where you’ll empower a talented team, elevate client impact, and help build the next evolution of our Managed Services practice.
• This role offers the ability to influence strategy, improve service maturity, and create a culture of continuous learning, all while strengthening trusted, long-term client partnerships.
Day-to-Day You Will:
• Lead and manage the Managed Services function, uplifting performance, capability, and team culture.
• Drive the strategy for our Managed Services practice, shaping service models and positioning us for future growth.
• Act as a senior Customer Success Manager for key clients, ensuring exceptional service quality and long-term value delivery.
• Strengthen practice maturity through improved operating rhythms, governance frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify and develop new managed services opportunities, growing the pipeline across both existing and new markets.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and partners to support delivery excellence.
• Establish and lead training, development, and capability-building programmes for the team.
• Create a culture of continuous learning, coaching, structured development, and clear career pathways.
About You:
• You bring a blend of strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and the ability to build and inspire high‑performing teams.
• You thrive in a consulting or professional services environment and can balance big-picture strategy with day‑to‑day leadership.
• Proven experience leading managed services or long‑term service engagements.
• Strong people leadership skills, with a track record of developing and retaining high-performing teams.
• Experience shaping practice strategy, service design, or operational maturity.
• Commercial strength, including pipeline growth and managing client profitability.
• A passion for growing capability and developing future leaders.
