About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Manager to join our ServiceNow practice at KPMG. This role involves leading client engagements, shaping market offerings, and driving digital transformation through ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and support client engagements from opportunity development through to delivery
- →Build and nurture relationships with ServiceNow stakeholders locally and internationally
- →Collaborate across sales, delivery, and capability teams to design compelling ServiceNow offerings
- →Provide leadership and support for the ServiceNow team
- →Stay on top of ServiceNow platform developments and industry trends
- →Mentor and role-model excellence for team members
Requirements
- ✓Experienced consultant or delivery leader with a passion for ServiceNow
- ✓Proven experience delivering or leading ServiceNow engagements
- ✓Strong relationship-building skills with technology partners
- ✓Demonstrated success in business development and client outcomes
- ✓Strong commercial awareness and commitment to team development
