Talent Acquisition Manager - Fixed Term Contract at kpmgnz

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll partner with our stakeholders to deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions, ensuring recruitment decisions are aligned to business strategies. You’ll build robust talent pipelines, optimise internal talent, collaborate with recruitment agency partners, and leverage KPMG’s Global Delivery Networks and Global Mobility programmes. In return, you’ll work with a supportive Talent team who thrive on bringing the best people into our organisation.  This is a contract role until October 2026, covering parental leave.  Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end talent acquisition processes for assigned portfolio – from job briefing through to the offer process, you’ll provide a positive experience for candidates and hiring teams. • Develop a deep understanding of portfolio needs to provide strategic advice and data-driven solutions. • Take proactive and dynamic approach with supporting our business to meet their recruitment goals – you’ll be comfortable working at pace and dealing with ambiguity. • Get involved in process improvement projects to enhance the Talent Acquisition function. What we're looking for: • Proven experience in strategic and operational talent acquisition, ideally within a large or complex organisation. • Strong talent sourcing and relationship‑building abilities – you’ll be able to authentically share our purpose and culture with top talent. • A confident communicator – you’ll be partnering with a range of stakeholders across the business. • Exposure to Early Career or high-volume recruitment advantageous.
