About the Role
We are looking for a Backend Developer to join our Experience Engineering Department at Krafton. This role focuses on developing products and services that provide new web experiences for Krafton game users. You will be part of the KCN (KRAFTON Creator Network) backend team, responsible for designing, building, and operating a microservices-based backend system.
Key Responsibilities
- βDevelop services using Spring Boot and Kotlin-based MSA architecture
- βBuild and operate CI/CD pipelines in Kubernetes environment
- βHandle high traffic for global services and solve various technical problems
- βActively utilize AI/LLM to improve development productivity
Requirements
- β7+ years of backend service development and operation experience
- βExperience developing services in Spring Boot environment with Java or Kotlin
- βExperience with MSA-based service design and operation
- βExperience with data modeling and performance optimization with RDBMS or NoSQL
- βExperience with performance improvement and failure response in high traffic environments
- βExperience with service operation in Kubernetes or container-based environments
- βExperience with asynchronous processing or event-based architectures (Kafka, message queues)
- βExperience with service deployment and operation using CI/CD pipelines
- βProblem-solving skills and continuous technical learning ability for service quality improvement
