About the Role
The Growth Insights team at Kraken is seeking a Frontend Engineer to build a scalable analytics ecosystem that enables data-driven decisions. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining shared libraries for event tracking, ensuring data quality, and optimizing our MarTech stack.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and maintain shared libraries and best practices for event tracking across multiple codebases
- →Ensure data quality and consistency by building robust validation, monitoring, and alerting systems
- →Document and evangelize best practices for analytics implementation
- →Collaborate with Data Engineering and Analytics to ensure event data alignment
- →Continuously optimize our MarTech stack, evaluating and integrating tools
- →Improve event and attribution modeling for accurate insights
- →Map and refine event data flows to improve efficiency and transparency
- →Support experimentation infrastructure for A/B testing frameworks
Requirements
- ✓6+ years of experience in frontend development with strong expertise in React.js and TypeScript
- ✓Deep understanding of web and mobile tracking technologies and analytics platforms
- ✓Proven ability to audit, troubleshoot, and resolve data discrepancies
- ✓Experience working across multiple teams and codebases to implement consistent tracking strategies
