We are looking for a Creative Concept & Ideas professional to join the KTO Studio team. This role focuses on developing creative concepts for campaigns, special projects, and always-on actions in the iGaming industry.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop creative concepts for campaigns, special projects, and always-on actions.
- →Create narratives and ideas connected with the KTO brand territories.
- →Bring references, trends, and cultural repertoire to the studio on a constant basis.
- →Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and creative sprints.
- →Structure ideas into presentations, scripts, creative rationale, and conceptual proposals.
- →Propose innovative formats for social media, influencers, and activations.
- →Challenge the team with non-obvious paths and ideas with conversation potential.
- →Help transform strategic directions into concrete and executable ideas.
- →Collaborate with the Head of Studio in the creative development of deliverables.
Requirements
- ✓Strong creative profile with extensive and up-to-date cultural repertoire.
- ✓Experience in advertising creation, content, digital campaigns, or social-first approaches.
- ✓Portfolio demonstrating original ideas, concept, and creative vision.
- ✓Ability to transform trends into relevant creative proposals.
- ✓Good communication skills and ability to clearly defend ideas.
- ✓Inquisitive, curious, connected with sports, pop culture, creators, and the internet.
