About the Role

We are looking for a Linkbuilding SEO Specialist to join our in-house SEO team at Kyivstar.Tech. This role focuses on developing and implementing linkbuilding strategies for strategic products in B2B, B2C, E-commerce, and content projects.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop and implement linkbuilding strategies in collaboration with Product SEO specialists
→Conduct search, deep analysis, and selection of platforms for link placement (checking for spam, sanctions, quality traffic)
→Communicate with webmasters and organize link placement (Outreach, Guest Posting, PR)
→Regularly monitor the link profile, control indexing, and budget expenses
→Conduct competitor analysis: find their link sources and adapt best practices
→Form technical tasks for copywriters or prepare anchor lists and texts using AI

Requirements

✓Experience working as a Linkbuilder / SEO Specialist with a focus on the Ukrainian market
✓Strategic vision and ability to build an external SEO strategy (External SEO strategy) according to business goals
✓AI: Confidently use LLM for content generation, pitch preparation, and data analysis; understand the concept of GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
✓Tools: Work at an advanced level with Ahrefs, Serpstat, Majestic, or similar tools for analyzing the link profile
✓Budgeting: Experience in effective allocation and control of large linkbuilding budgets
✓Analytics: Ability to work with key metrics, analyze the market, and argueably show the impact of links on business growth points
✓Excel / Google Sheets: Confidently structure, process, and analyze data
