About the Role
We are looking for a Financial Systems Specialist to join Enterprise Financial Systems team at Kyivstar.Tech. This role involves ensuring the stable operation of corporate financial systems and maintaining service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- βEnsure stable operation of corporate financial systems and service compliance with SLA
- βMonitor system processes, task processing speed, and report generation
- βAnalyze unusual system behavior and propose optimization solutions
- βResolve system errors, including user or code-related issues
- βRespond to system availability incidents and ensure service restoration
- βControl system integrations with other company information systems
- βHandle user requests through Service Desk and monitor their execution
- βCreate data extracts and reports based on user, auditor, or department requests
- βParticipate in internal and external audits and control procedures
- βMaintain and update system technical documentation
- βAdvise employees on financial system operations
- βParticipate in system and infrastructure resource optimization
- βAnalyze business processes and propose IT solution improvements
- βParticipate in system modifications, including requirements preparation and testing
- βWork on internal IT projects within the department
- βAnalyze user business requirements and prepare technical solutions
Requirements
- βHigher technical education in IT field
- βMinimum 2 years of experience in IT or corporate information system support
- βExperience with Oracle databases
- βKnowledge of SQL and PL/SQL
- βExperience with corporate financial systems (OEBS, SAP, Business Central, or similar)
- βExperience with business system configuration or support
- βExperience with Oracle DB tools (PL/SQL Developer, Toad, or similar)
- βProficient in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office
- βEnglish language ability for reading technical documentation
