About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to join Lakera, a Check Point company, and play a pivotal role in shaping our sales strategy within the rapidly expanding AI security market in Germany.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive growth by acquiring new logos and developing innovative sales strategies to exceed revenue goals
- →Engage the market by evaluating trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to translate strategy into actionable sales initiatives
- →Build relationships with key decision-makers and guide them through complex buying journeys
- →Manage complex sales involving multi-stakeholder enterprise deals with pilots, integrations, and technical depth
- →Expand market reach by identifying new customer segments and use cases to accelerate adoption of Lakera’s products
- →Shape the product by providing structured feedback and insights to inform product direction
- →Maintain operational excellence by ensuring clean deal management and CRM hygiene (HubSpot)
- →Contribute to playbooks by helping codify learnings and refine sales methodology
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record selling to enterprise and midmarket companies
- ✓Experience in early-stage startups and comfort operating in ambiguity
- ✓Experience selling through and engaging with Distribution and Marketplace partners
- ✓Familiarity with the AI, LLM, or cybersecurity markets
- ✓Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- ✓Strategic thinker who can balance execution with long-term vision
- ✓Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- ✓Comfortable engaging with senior executives at Fortune 500 companies
- ✓Passionate about AI and committed to ensuring it is developed safely and responsibly
- ✓Team player with a "roll up your sleeves" attitude
