About the Role
We are seeking a Partner Inside Sales Representative with a passion for education and a consultative approach to customer service. This role focuses on building strong relationships with customers and exceeding their expectations in a fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with Outside Sales team members to drive site-based customer outreach and key market penetration
- →Secure new and repeat business by building strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders via virtual appointments and outbound phone calls
- →Host virtual product presentations to familiarize customers with proprietary services
- →Conduct online research to gather information on trends and funding opportunities in early learning and elementary education
- →Work with department leadership to form and modify sales strategies
- →Partner with outside sales, retail, and professional services groups to support educators
- →Identify sales leads and collaborate with various members of the sales force
- →Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss department initiatives and strategies
- →Assist the team on special projects, including national and state campaigns
Requirements
- ✓Strong communication skills with a focus on building lasting customer relationships
- ✓Ability to meet and exceed activity requirements on a regular basis
- ✓Experience in education sales or a related field is preferred
