About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Lalamove, a leading global on-demand delivery platform. This role focuses on planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to achieve awareness and conversion KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- βPlan and set up digital ads campaigns on social media (FB, Tik Tok, etc.), Google, and other platforms to achieve awareness and conversion KPIs.
- βMonitor and make regular adjustments on the ads campaign to ensure KPI achievement.
- βIdentify target persona and prepare materials for ads setup, in alignment with overall marketing strategy and plan.
- βPlan and create blog articles and social media content to educate and promote Lalamove services as well as respond to inbox and comments.
- βEnsure content on the website and application are up-to-date.
- βAnalyze data and present insights for team and stakeholders to make better decisions and shape effective marketing strategies.
- βCollaborate with both local and regional teams in planning and executing campaigns.
- βStay up-to-date with trends and changes in marketing technology.
Requirements
- βA minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing role for tech or platform industries.
- βExperience in content marketing and writing blog would be an advantage.
- βKnowledge in digital marketing and hands-on experience in setting up ads, remarketing ads, and A/B testing.
- βExperience in conducting SEO optimization, keyword analysis, conversion optimization, and conducting content marketing.
- βExperience in daily monitoring of performance in digital channels and budget management.
- βFamiliarity with Excel/Spreadsheet, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Facebook Ad Manager, and other digital marketing tools.
- βGood communication skills in both Thai and English.
