The Sales Manager plays a critical role in driving sustainable revenue growth and maximizing the long-term value of the companyβs portfolio of accounts, including private sellers. This position is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing clients to ensure retention, expansion, and long-term partnership success.
The Sales Manager will lead initiatives to expand market presence, develop and execute strategic sales plans, and unlock new revenue streams. The role requires proactive engagement with prospective clients, effective management of high-value accounts, and the ability to identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with client needs and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through both existing and new partnerships within the real estate industry

Lead, manage, and develop a team of sales associates, including account allocation, target setting, and performance monitoring/reporting

Support the team in closing high-value deals while providing ongoing coaching, training, and mentorship to achieve sales targets
β’
Ensure all services are delivered in accordance with contractual agreements and client expectations
β’
Develop, analyze, and present reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), sales strategies, and monthly initiatives to drive market share growth

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and performance metrics using Salesforce and Google Docs trackers

At least 5 years of sales experience, with a strong focus on field sales, including route planning and managing field sales teams

Proven ability to coach, train, and develop team members to improve performance and drive sales results
β’
Highly organized and structured, with the ability to analyze data and recommend data-driven solutions

Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish and maintain long-term client partnerships
β’
Excellent presentation, pitching, and negotiation skills

Experience with CRM platforms and Google Workspace is an advantage, but not required
