About the Role
We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound pipeline generation for a B2B SaaS company targeting U.S. and European markets. This role is focused on proactive outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and booking qualified meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- →Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn
- →Build and manage targeted prospect lists using Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- →Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on ICP and buyer personas
- →Book qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives
- →Maintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot
- →Track and report on outreach activity, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution
- →Continuously test and optimize messaging to improve reply and booking rates
- →Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine targeting strategy
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS outbound sales as an SDR or BDR
- ✓Proven experience prospecting into U.S. and/or European markets
- ✓Strong experience with HubSpot (CRM management and reporting)
- ✓Hands on experience with Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- ✓Fluent English (C1 or C2 level required)
- ✓Native or fluent Spanish
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Metrics driven mindset with consistent quota achievement
- ✓Ability to work aligned with U.S. and/or European time zones
