About the Role
We are looking for a Platform Sales Manager to join Stripe's Platform Sales team. This role involves leading a team of Account Executives to drive sales growth and expand Stripe's footprint with global SaaS platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive sales growth through successful leadership, organizational planning, customer service and outstanding execution
- →Oversee the expansion of Stripe’s footprint with global SaaS platforms
- →Make hiring decisions, honing our ideal candidate profile and onboarding strategy
- →Create structure and focus for GTM ideas and product sales campaigns
- →Define key sales support mechanisms, processes, and programs to meet the rapid growth of the business
- →Build a world-class organization and write the playbook for the era of monetizing payments on platform
Requirements
- ✓12-15+ years of relevant enterprise sales experience
- ✓3-5+ years of people management experience
- ✓Ability to hire, coach, and motivate a high-performance sales team
- ✓Ability to articulate complex, technical concepts and translate them into business-relevant terms
- ✓Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills
