About the Role
We are looking for a GTM Business Recruiter to join Latent Health and help build world-class teams across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships, and select Business Operations roles. This is a high-impact role that will directly influence revenue growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles
- →Partner with hiring managers to design and execute hiring plans
- →Build proactive sourcing strategies and develop multi-channel pipelines
- →Manage multiple concurrent searches while maintaining a high bar for talent
- →Collaborate closely with GTM leaders and managers throughout the hiring lifecycle
- →Provide market insights, pipeline updates, and hiring recommendations
- →Champion Latent’s culture and values in every interaction
- →Build authentic relationships with candidates from outreach through offer
- →Partner with leadership on offer strategy and candidate positioning
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally focused on GTM roles
- ✓Experience hiring Sales is required; Customer Success, Marketing, and Business Ops a plus
- ✓Strong sourcing capabilities and experience building pipelines from scratch
- ✓Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments
- ✓Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- ✓Strong stakeholder partnership and communication skills
- ✓Highly organized, data-informed, and results-driven
