About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Software Developer to join our growing SaaS organization. This role involves working with clients to evaluate business processes and design technical solutions using enterprise development tools.
Key Responsibilities
- →Identify business process inefficiencies and recommend automation or system improvements
- →Design, configure, and implement solutions using modern enterprise development tools
- →Translate business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa
- →Collaborate within a small, cross-functional team to meet strict project deadlines
- →Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- →Contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives within a growing organization
Requirements
- ✓Exposure to modern development languages such as JavaScript, C#/.NET, Python, or similar
- ✓Familiarity with database design and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs)
- ✓Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Clean background and professional presentation
- ✓Preferred Experience
- ✓Exposure to enterprise platforms such as CRM systems, workflow automation tools, business intelligence solutions, or collaboration platforms
- ✓Experience working within Microsoft-centric technical environments
- ✓Background in both development and business process analysis
- ✓Education & Experience
- ✓Degree in a computer-related field preferred, or minimum of two years of experience in a Microsoft-heavy technical environment
