About the Role
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support mission-critical systems in a secure DoD/federal environment. This role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and strong hands-on experience developing, configuring, and enhancing ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform components
- →Customize ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Portal, and Workflow/Flow Designer
- →Develop and maintain scripts using JavaScript, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions
- →Build and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers
- →Support ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and platform enhancements
- →Collaborate with system owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- →Ensure solutions align with DoD and federal security, compliance, and governance standards
- →Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues while ensuring system performance and reliability
- →Document technical designs, configurations, and operational procedures
Requirements
- ✓Active TS/SCI Clearance (required)
- ✓4+ years of relevant ServiceNow development experience
- ✓Demonstrated experience developing ServiceNow solutions in DoD, federal, or large enterprise environments
- ✓Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
- ✓Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration, customization, and platform architecture
- ✓Experience supporting ServiceNow in a secure or regulated environment
- ✓Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
