About the Role
We are looking for a Global Account Manager to join our dynamic Sales team. This role focuses on building relationships with industry-leading OEMs and leading the sales lifecycle of our cutting-edge products.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work in the business development organization supporting and leading OEM sales and commercial strategies.
- →Create long-term relationships with strategic customers through insightful negotiations and exceptional service.
- →Manage the entire sales process from RFQ/RFI review to issuing competitive price indications and negotiating commercial terms.
- →Lead the commercial aspects with strategic customers.
- →Be the single point of contact for customer commercial inquiries, ensuring a seamless communication flow and outstanding customer experience.
- →Translate technical details into clear commercial benefits that resonate with clients.
- →Work in a team supporting multiple OEMs and Tier 1s in driving success together.
Requirements
- ✓5 years of experience in a similar high-tech role, demonstrating your expertise in a fast-paced environment.
- ✓Strong background in technical sales, capable of navigating complex negotiations and sales processes with ease.
- ✓A natural ability to connect with clients and build mutual collaborations.
- ✓Experience in complex projects involving both HW and SW developments.
- ✓Detail-oriented and capable of keeping the big picture in mind to make strategic decisions.
- ✓High level of proficiency in both verbal and written English to engage effectively with global stakeholders.
- ✓BA degree; an MBA is a plus.
- ✓Solid understanding of technical business principles, particularly in the automotive ADAS/AV market.
- ✓Experience with tools like Jira and Salesforce to enhance productivity and track engagement efficiently.
