Revenue Strategy & Operations Lead & Chief of Staff to CRO
About the Role: We're looking for someone to be the right-hand person to our Chief Revenue Officer. You'll be right in the middle of our go-to-market efforts, working directly with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This isn't just about building strategy decks but about rolling up your sleeves and getting things done. We need someone who can take high-level strategy and actually make it happen on the ground, ensuring our revenue organization runs fast, smart, and effectively.
We specifically want someone with a rigorous analytical background (think Management Consulting, top-tier investment banking, or PE/VC operations) who has already made the jump from advising to actually operating. If you prefer sitting back and purely strategizing, this isn't the job for you. You need to be deeply engaged with our frontline teams and have a serious bias for action.
What You'll Be Doing
- Keeping the trains running on time: You'll manage the day-to-day operating rhythm for the CRO: Leadership meetings and pipeline reviews to QBRs and sales kickoffs.
- Getting in the trenches: You won't be managing from an ivory tower. You'll sit in on deal reviews, dig into pipeline numbers, figure out where we're dropping the ball, and jump in to fix execution gaps in real time. You'll also help strategize on complex deals to get them across the finish line.
- Crunching the numbers: You'll own our forecasting frameworks and performance dashboards. Working closely with Finance and RevOps, you'll spot trends and risks, translating raw data into actionable insights our leadership can actually use.
- Driving the big projects: You'll take the lead on major initiatives across the GTM org, making sure they actually get finished on time and deliver real results.
- Executive support: You'll help put together board materials, investor updates, and internal messaging, shaping how we talk about our strategy and performance across the company.
- Hitting the road: Expect to travel frequently. You'll be visiting key offices, meeting with customers, and helping drive execution in person alongside the CRO.
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for an AI-first thinker who operates at the frontier of AI. We expect you to be using AI natively to think, test, and execute faster than others while maintaining strong judgment and ownership, producing original, high-signal work rather than delegating thinking to prompts alone.
Your Background: Ideally, you have 3+ years at a top consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG), in investment banking, or in an operating role at a PE/VC firm. Experience in Strategy & Ops at a high-growth AI company is also great. If you've worked directly in Sales and/or with Marketing, or CS teams before, that's a massive plus.
We value high-agency people who take initiative. If this sounds exactly like what you're looking for, we expect you to skip the standard application and reach out directly to the CRO.
How You Work:
- You're an operator at heart: You have the analytical chops, but you'd rather be doing the work than just making slides about it.
- People want to work with you: You lead by influence and take ownership naturally. Commercial teams genuinely want you in their corner.
- You know how to talk to people: You instinctively calibrate your tone and can handle sensitive conversations internally and externally with care.
- You navigate the mess: Ambiguity doesn't scare you. If the path isn't clear, you figure it out and take ownership without waiting to be told what to do.
- You actually use AI: You don't just use AI to write emails; you use it to build systems, get leverage, and improve how the GTM team actually works.
- You care about details: You're perfectly happy digging into the weedsβwhether it's pipeline data or the specifics of a single deal.
- You run a tight ship: Your calendar is color coded. Your notes are organized. You show up prepared. Nothing slips because you build systems that prevent slippage.
Logistics: This is an in office role, 5 days per week, with the exception of frequent work travel
What This Role Isn't Just to be clear, this is not an internal consulting gig. If you want to be removed from the day-to-day execution of our go-to-market strategy, or if you prefer making presentations over making a tangible impact, you won't be happy here.
