About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Operations Specialist to join the founding team of Lawhive's US Customer Operations team. This role involves being the first point of contact for clients and lawyers, delivering support across multiple channels, and building the foundation of customer service for the company.
Key Responsibilities
- →Deliver thoughtful, fast support across email, chat, and phone
- →Triage and escalate complex issues while resolving routine inquiries
- →Manage online reviews, handle escalations, and keep internal processes running smoothly
- →Surface trends, friction points, and user confusion to improve workflows
- →Create and maintain help docs, macros, and onboarding communications
Requirements
- ✓Previous experience in a high-volume, multi-channel support role
- ✓Ability to perform in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment

- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
