About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager, US Market to join Lawhive, a regulated law firm with an AI-native platform. This role will be the dedicated voice of the US user, bridging the geographical divide between UK-based engineering/AI functions and the primary commercial market.
Key Responsibilities
- →Act as the primary bridge between US commercial interests and London-based Product/AI teams
- →Drive the understanding of US legal workflows into our Lawrence AI engine
- →Work closely with engineers to translate US requirements into high-fidelity products
- →Stabilise and scale the US marketplace channels
- →Work with the leadership team on product strategy, vision, priorities and roadmap
- →Run regular product meetings including customer interviews, feedback synthesis, and prioritisation workshops
- →Create and maintain processes for continuous customer feedback and discovery
- →Use data and product analytics tools to inform product decisions
Requirements
- ✓Technical product mindset with comfort working closely with engineers
- ✓Experience building products for the US market
- ✓Track record of delivering high-impact products in fast-moving environments
- ✓Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- ✓Deep understanding of modern product development practices
- ✓Experience leading product discovery and delivery end-to-end alongside engineers and designers
