About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join our specialized Lazer Crypto team. This role involves advising and architecting scalable infrastructure solutions for high-growth crypto and FinTech applications, working directly with client teams to manage complex system migrations and scaling initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and implement robust data pipelines, real-time streaming architectures, and distributed systems for web3 applications
- →Build and optimize cloud infrastructure with comprehensive observability solutions
- →Architect solutions that bridge traditional FinTech infrastructure with web3 systems
- →Mentor client engineering teams and improve their DevOps practices
- →Manage blockchain node infrastructure and indexing pipelines
Requirements
- ✓5-7+ years of infrastructure engineering experience
- ✓Proven expertise with data stores (PostgreSQL, Redis, DynamoDB), data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure
- ✓Experience with high-volume, mission-critical systems
- ✓Strong knowledge of monitoring stacks, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines
- ✓Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
