About the Role
We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead and inspire a talented team of engineers. This role involves applying software engineering expertise to guide the team in delivering high-quality solutions for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Deliver hands-on React Native solutions for large-scale commercial projects
- →Apply strong JavaScript and TypeScript expertise gained through web or backend development
- →Leverage a deep understanding of React and its core architectural concepts
- →Build REST-based microservices using JVM (Spring) or Node.js
- →Implement mobile application architecture best practices such as MVP, MVVM, and Flux
- →Adopt clean code and clean architecture principles, including SOLID and Onion Architecture
- →Contribute as a technical team member by delivering maintainable features, conducting code reviews, and solving complex technical challenges
- →Guide and mentor colleagues to support their technical growth and ongoing development
Requirements
- ✓Experience with React Native, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and microservices
- ✓Knowledge of JVM (Spring) or Node.js
- ✓Understanding of REST architecture
- ✓Familiarity with mobile application architecture patterns
- ✓Commitment to clean code and architecture principles
- ✓Strong technical leadership and mentoring skills
