<p>This is a leadership role for someone who has already run a sales-driven organization and understands how to recruit, train, and lead top producers in the high-ticket residential roofing industry.</p>

<p>What Youβll Be Responsible ForBuild and Lead the Sales Organization</p>

<p>Drive Revenue Growth</p>
<ul>

<li style="list-style-type: disc;">Improve close rates and overall sales performance</li>

<p>Develop Sales Talent</p>
