About the Role
We are looking for a Cyber Security Risk and Controls Manager to serve as the subject matter expert for cyber security risk and controls across L&G. This key role in the Technical Risk Functional Areas will provide expertise on cyber security related risk matters and ensure consistent, effective cyber security controls.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide expert guidance on cyber security risk identification, analysis and mitigation
- →Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of cyber security controls across L&G systems, applications and third parties
- →Ensure compliance to cyber security policies, standards and regulatory requirements
- →Manage and oversee cyber security subject-matter expertise for controls testing, assurance reviews and audit preparation
- →Provide subject matter expertise for cyber security or controls failures response and analysis
- →Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cyber and information security
- →Provide SME support on IT and change initiatives
- →Manage the team to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- ✓Expertise in cyber security risk management
- ✓Experience with controls implementation and improvement
- ✓Knowledge of compliance requirements and regulatory standards
- ✓Ability to provide subject matter expertise for testing and assurance activities
- ✓Strong understanding of emerging threats and vulnerabilities
- ✓Experience managing teams and projects
- ✓Familiarity with L&G risk frameworks and technical risk functional areas
