About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Group HR Change team, helping us design and deliver solutions that make a real difference. This role involves working collaboratively across the organization to influence decision-making and support innovative HR technology and data-driven initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Designing and facilitating workshops, interviews and discovery activities to define problems and gather user needs
- →Deriving and translating business requirements by collaborating with multiple workstreams and partners
- →Supporting delivery leads in producing high-quality analysis outputs and business analysis artefacts
- →Acting as a trusted adviser by shaping ideas, assessing feasibility and helping form business cases
- →Managing and influencing senior stakeholders to build alignment across HR and wider business areas
- →Shaping analysis approaches and identifying opportunities to enhance ideation and change processes
- →Capturing and documenting Target Operating Models across processes, technology, organisation and data themes
- →Documenting requirements and progressing backlog items with cross-functional teams
