About the Role
We are looking for an HR Business Partner to support our Institutional Retirement (PRT) business. This strategic role involves working closely with commercial leaders to shape organizational capability for continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with senior leaders to deliver the PRT People Plan
- →Shape organizational design and future capability needs
- →Lead people-cycle activities including performance, talent, reward and succession
- →Coach leaders to build culture, engagement and effective people leadership
- →Use data and insights to guide decision-making and highlight opportunities
- →Support transformation and change programmes across the PRT business
- →Collaborate with Centres of Expertise to deliver joined-up HR solutions
- →Enable workforce planning aligned to commercial priorities
