About the Role
We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our Internal Tooling team at Legora. This role involves building and owning systems that power internal operations for Customer Enablement at scale, focusing on backoffice platforms, automation workflows, and AI-driven tools.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and evolve internal backoffice systems, including support tooling, admin interfaces, and operational platforms
- →Design and implement automation workflows to eliminate manual processes and improve reliability
- →Build AI-powered internal tools leveraging LLMs and intelligent workflows
- →Work with technologies such as React, Node.js, AWS, Azure, and Kubernetes
- →Architect and maintain integrations between third-party systems and our core product
- →Develop scalable internal services and APIs supporting operational needs
- →Partner with Customer Enablement, Engineering, and Product teams to solve technical challenges
- →Take end-to-end ownership from problem definition to deployment and iteration
- →Continuously identify opportunities to apply AI and automation for efficiency gains
Requirements
- ✓Experience building systems that enable other teams to operate more efficiently
- ✓Strong backend fundamentals with a pragmatic approach to frontend and internal UX
- ✓Experience with APIs, integrations, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure
- ✓Practical experience applying AI/LLMs in production-grade workflows
- ✓Passion for automation, system design, and reducing complexity
- ✓Proactive problem-solving skills in fast-moving environments
