About the Role
We are looking for a Growth Manager to join LemFi’s team and drive expansion across Nigerian communities in the United States and Canada. This role involves significant travel across the USA, representing LemFi at Nigerian community events. You will be instrumental in launching new markets, accelerating user acquisition, and building strong community and partnership networks to fuel sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Travel across the U.S. to attend events, expos, and community meetings representing LemFi as a brand ambassador and key point of contact.
- →Build and expand LemFi’s community network by networking with local leaders, partners, and organizations.
- →Develop and execute comprehensive user acquisition strategies tailored to South-East Asian ex-pat communities in the US.
- →Own growth targets for assigned markets, consistently driving results across online and offline channels.
- →Lead community-driven initiatives to build trust, awareness, and advocacy for LemFi.
- →Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with relevant organizations and businesses to accelerate user growth.
- →Conduct ongoing market research to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences.
- →Act as a brand ambassador for LemFi, consistently representing the company’s mission, values, and voice.
Requirements
- ✓At least 5 years of experience in fast-paced environments, with a background in growth, sales, or marketing.
- ✓Proven ability to work against targets and deliver measurable results.
- ✓Strong ability to interpret data, track performance, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- ✓Deep understanding of the Asian community in the United States.
- ✓Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
