About the Role
We are looking for an FP&A Manager to lead our financial planning and performance management at Lendable. This role will partner closely with senior stakeholders, providing insights and analysis to support strategic decision making.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the group’s forecasting and planning processes, including the annual planning cycle and regular updates to core financial models
- →Design, build, and enhance FP&A processes, models, and reporting frameworks
- →Drive the adoption of our core FP&A reporting platform (Abacum)
- →Lead monthly P&L reporting, variance analysis, and KPI tracking for senior leadership
- →Partner with product, commercial, and operational teams to support planning and resource allocation
- →Maintain a strong working knowledge of the company’s financial models
- →Uphold high standards of data governance and financial modelling
Requirements
- ✓Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
- ✓Experience in a similar role in a fast-growing fintech or tech startup
- ✓Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and analytical skills
- ✓Experience working with FP&A software and advanced Excel/Sheets
- ✓Commercially minded with strong stakeholder management skills
- ✓Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Proficiency in coding, ideally SQL
