About the Role
We are looking for an Operations Science & Strategy Analyst to join Lendable’s Operations Science & Strategy team. This role involves working at the intersection of analytics, data science, and AI engineering to transform how our Operations teams work at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- →Use Python and LLM APIs to design and deploy automation that replaces manual customer service and financial services processes
- →Analyse key operations demand drivers and identify levers to reduce avoidable demand
- →Build analytical models that drive decision-making around cost optimisation and resourcing
- →Build clear, robust KPI frameworks and funnel views across customer journeys
- →Work directly with senior operations leadership on strategic initiatives
Requirements
- ✓2-3 years of hands-on experience using Python in a professional setting
- ✓Highly numerate with strong analytical reasoning
- ✓Ability to independently structure analysis, build prototypes, and deliver insights
- ✓Experience communicating data-driven recommendations to non-technical business stakeholders
- ✓Experience with dbt or modern data stacks is a plus
- ✓Familiarity with LLMs, APIs, or interest in building AI automation is a plus
