About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to join our growing team at Lendable. As the fifth member of our Product Design team, you will have a broad scope covering all aspects of Product Design, from user research to maintaining a consistent visual language across our design system.

Key Responsibilities

→Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product visions, goals, and key features
→Conduct user research to gain insights into user needs, behaviours, and pain points
→Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions
→Perform usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback
→Maintain a consistent visual language and ensure design system adherence
→Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and workflows

Requirements

✓3+ years of relevant Product Design experience, preferably at a fintech or startup
✓Mobile app experience
✓Solid design process reaching from discovery to implementation
✓Fully customer-centric and a problem solver
✓Ability to give and take feedback well and collaborate effectively
