About the Role
We are looking for a Software Engineer Student to join our Tel Aviv R&D center at Lendbuzz. This role involves writing production code in Python and building systems that handle millions of dollars.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, develop, and maintain high scale backend services using Python
- →Take part in building and optimizing our Payments infrastructure, ensuring security, accuracy, and performance
- →Integrate with third party financial APIs and banking systems
- →Collaborate closely with our engineers and product managers to deliver end to end features
- →Write clean, reusable, and well tested code in a microservices environment
Requirements
- ✓Currently pursuing a B.Sc. in Computer Science or Software Engineering from a top tier institution
- ✓Expected graduation in 2027
- ✓Prior technical experience is a major advantage
- ✓Strong proficiency in Python and solid foundations in Data Structures and Algorithms
- ✓Deep interest in backend architecture and a commitment to achieving technical excellence
- ✓Fast learner and independent worker with strong analytical and problem solving skills
- ✓Great interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- ✓Ability to work 3-4 days a week in our Tel Aviv office
