About the Role
We are looking for an Investigation Support Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on supporting investigations into various conduct issues from an administrative and factual perspective.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support investigations into broker, franchisee, buyers agent and employee conduct
- →Review and collate information and evidence, including emails, documents, system records and alerts
- →Create and maintain investigation files, evidence logs, timelines and document registers
- →Assist the investigation manager with drafting investigation summaries and reports
- →Review alerts, system reports and data loss or information security reports
- →Liaise with internal stakeholders to obtain information and clarify factual matters
- →Support secure handling and organisation of sensitive investigation materials
