About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional AI Solutions Architect to define and own the end-to-end AI architecture and technical vision for our educational products. This is a high-impact leadership role in a startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define the long-term AI architecture and technology roadmap aligned with our educational mission
- →Lead the design of robust, scalable, maintainable AI systems and integration patterns
- →Personally contribute to high-leverage prototypes and reference implementations
- →Work hand-in-hand with product, design, and engineering leadership
- →Champion architectural patterns that embed privacy-by-design, bias mitigation, and compliance
- →Provide strong technical leadership to engineers working on AI features
Requirements
- ✓Strong engineering foundation with proven experience as a senior AI engineer or architect
- ✓Hands-on track record designing and shipping real AI-powered systems
- ✓Deep expertise in modern AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.)
- ✓Demonstrated ability to make pragmatic architectural decisions in fast-moving startup environments
- ✓Excellent ability to balance innovation speed with production-quality concerns
- ✓Strong communication skills to articulate sophisticated architectural choices
