About the Role
We are looking for an Implementation Consultant to join Levelpath, the modern AI procurement platform for global enterprises. This role will help scale our platform and deliver value to customers from day one, playing a key role in the pre-sales process, onboarding, implementation, and driving continuous customer value.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build deep, lasting relationships with existing and future customers
- →Advise and support the implementation of Levelpath to customers
- →Help plan, build, optimize, and scale processes, assets, and systems for serving enterprise accounts
- →Develop best practice guides and product documentation to share with customers
- →Identify champions and build relationships with key business stakeholders within accounts
- →Drive new solution offerings to customers by working directly with the sales team
- →Bring new products to market by collaborating with product & engineering teams
- →Represent the voice of customers in product development
- →Drive and support customer health via adoption metrics
- →Collaborate with customers to determine success metrics and translate feedback into actionable product feedback
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of experience in a customer-facing or customer-management role
- ✓B2B SaaS experience in a fast-paced environment
- ✓BA or BS degree
- ✓Demonstrated experience problem-solving with attention to detail
- ✓Stellar organizational skills and experience improving processes
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Adaptability and ability to flourish in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Comfort in managing multiple workstreams
- ✓Ability to communicate with stakeholders across product and engineering
- ✓Effective collaboration and self-starter mindset
- ✓Availability for some travel to visit customers
