About the Role
We are looking for an Italian-English Sales Specialist to join Lexroom.ai, a legal AI platform adopted by thousands of legal professionals across Europe. This role involves guiding customers through onboarding to renewal and managing the entire sales funnel.
Key Responsibilities
- →Become an expert on Lexroom.ai and a product specialist, guiding customers from onboarding to renewal
- →Manage the entire funnel for existing business, including customer management, checkpoints, and upsells
- →Work closely with customers to gather feedback and ensure their needs are met
- →Prepare dashboards, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with internal teams to share insights
Requirements
- ✓0-1 year of experience in Sales, Operations, or customer-facing roles
- ✓Familiarity with sales support tools like HubSpot and Notion
- ✓Eager to learn and challenge yourself in a rapidly growing startup
- ✓Optional but a bonus: A law degree
- ✓Fluency in both Italian and English
