About the Role
The Technical Support Informatics Software Specialist provides Level 1 technical support for the company's software products, including IAMQC and MSDRx applications. This role involves handling customer inquiries, documenting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient support processes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide daily technical support to customers using LGC Software applications, primarily IAMQC and MSDRx
- →Document customer issues, actions, and resolutions within Salesforce Case files
- →Advance cases to Level 2 support as needed
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage inquiries and improve processes
- →Share customer feedback with Product Management, Commercial, and Quality teams
- →Review marketing materials for technical accuracy
- →Manage and track customer inquiries to ensure timely resolution
- →Provide regular reports on case status and trends to management
Requirements
