About the Role
We are looking for a Channel Manager to join our team at LGC in Japan. This role is designed for a proven leader who will drive flawless execution and compete at the highest level in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and implement business plans to deliver revenue goals within the assigned territory end-user accounts and sales channels across LGC Standards products and services portfolio.
- →Establish and maintain outstanding account, partner, and prospective partner relationships.
- →Identify and engage potential channel partners, as well as key decision-makers within the company.
- →Proactively lead a joint partner planning process that includes performance objectives, financial targets, and critical achievements associated with partner relationships.
- →Manage potential channel conflict with other sales channels to ensure seamless operations.
- →Drive the implementation of company programs among assigned partners.
- →Maintain a high level of market and competitor intelligence to stay ahead in the industry.
- →Collaborate closely with the marketing team to improve new product launches.
- →Liaise with internal colleagues to ensure a flawless customer experience.
