We are looking for a Client Technical Support professional to join our team at Experian. This role involves working independently and within groups to consult with clients, configure parameters, and schedule services to execute processing and deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and process execution
- →Collaborate with internal groups to define process requirements for projects
- →Interpret project specifications and utilize the most effective approach to produce desired results
- →Analyze client data to validate accuracy and determine next steps
- →Enter or alter program logic to start production processes
- →Provide technical support including testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and implementing program changes
- →Monitor accuracy and completeness of all assigned projects
- →Communicate status with team members and end users within client expectations
